Due to the limited seating capacity, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online via our webshop. Payments can be made via debit- or credit-card. Tickets can be printed at home or delivered by mail. Electronically purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or changed. No refunds for expired tickets. All reduced tickets can be purchased online and must be validated at the entrance before the beginning of the performance – no entrance otherwise! Visitors who have booked a “Rollstuhl-Ticket” or a “Schwerbehindert-Ticket” including a free accompanying ticket at the adjacent seat must pick up the free accompanying ticket at the box office if required. The box office opens 60 minutes before the performance begins.

The box office opens one hour before the performance begins, where tickets may be left over. Advance booking for other performances is currently not possible at the box office.
